Undergraduate Admissions

Frequently Asked Questions

North Park uses unweighted high school GPA on a 4.0 scale for academic scholarship consideration.

North Park will register your student for their first semester of classes. This is either done during a Registration Event or an individual registration appointment. After their initial semester, students will register for their own classes after consulting with their faculty advisor to ensure they are taking the right classes for their goals.

First-year resident students are not permitted to bring automobiles to campus. Generally, upper-class resident students are discouraged from bringing automobiles because of the lack of available parking space. Most resident students have found that there are adequate transportation options within the city so that an automobile is not necessary.

Parking permits are required for all students who want to park on campus (commuter and resident) and can be purchased online and picked up at Student Services. More information here.
